Terms and conditions
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms govern the use of TradeEngine and the purchase of its subscription. You accept them when you create your account, so please read them. They are written to be understood.
1. Who we are
TradeEngine is a service of CLUBFUNDED LLC, with its address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can contact us at support@tradeengine.pro.
2. Who can use the service
You must be of legal age and able to enter into contracts. If you subscribe on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can bind it.
3. The service
TradeEngine is a Windows app, with an associated web account, that brings together tools for logging and analyzing trading and investing: portfolio, journal, MT5 copier, backtesting, trading psychology and Mentor, risk calculator, economic calendar and the other features available in each version.
Your journal is stored on your computer. You are responsible for backing up that data: if it is lost on your computer, we don't have another copy.
4. Your account
Keep your email up to date and your password secret. The account is personal: don't share it. If you notice any activity you don't recognize, let us know as soon as possible.
5. Subscription, price and payment
- The subscription can be monthly (€12.99) or annual (€99.90). The current price, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay.
- Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates) is the reseller and Merchant of Record for orders: it collects the payment, applies taxes and issues the invoice. The purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- If we change the price, we will let you know in advance. The new price will apply from the next renewal and you can cancel before then if you don't agree.
- If a payment fails, you keep your access for a short grace period while Paddle retries the payment. If it is not resolved, access is suspended until the payment goes through.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and you won't be charged again. The right of withdrawal and refunds are explained in the cancellation and refund policy.
7. License
While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the app on up to 2 computers at the same time. You can switch computers from your account. The app works for up to 3 days offline within your active access.
You may not resell or transfer the license, copy or distribute the app, decompile it except as the law allows, or bypass its license or device controls.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for unlawful activities, to attack or overload our systems, to access other people's accounts or to infringe third-party rights.
9. Copier and order execution
The copier can send orders to the MT5 accounts you set up and authorize. You decide the accounts, sizes and limits, and you are responsible for checking that this kind of trading is allowed by your broker or funding firm. Connection drops, terminal failures or differences in price and execution can make a copy differ from the original. Always review your settings and keep an eye on your accounts.
10. No financial advice
TradeEngine is not a broker, does not hold funds and does not provide financial advice or recommendations. The app's statistics, backtests, projections and findings describe past data and do not guarantee future results. Trading involves a high risk of loss and the decisions you make are your own. Local syncing does not exempt you from your broker's or funding firm's rules.
11. Third-party services
The app works alongside software and services we don't control, such as MetaTrader, cTrader, your broker or public price sources. Their changes or outages may affect some features. Their trademarks belong to their owners.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available and improve it with updates, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without interruptions. If we remove an essential feature in a way that substantially changes the service, we will let you know and you can cancel.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or trading losses, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the service in the 12 months before the event that gives rise to it.
Nothing above limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example in cases of fraud or gross negligence, or the rights granted to you by consumer law.
14. Account suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, letting you know unless doing so would put the service or other users at risk.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change them, we will email you reasonably in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts. Before any claim, write to us: almost everything can be solved by talking.
